- Family Provision Claims and Inheritance Disputes

- Administrative Law and Judicial Review
- Criminal and Driving Offences
- Immigration
- Property Law
The Role
In this role you will be involved in a diverse range of matters where you will:
- have excellent comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal
- have ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- have attention to detail and drafting/research skills
- have Initiative and willingness to learn new skills
- be highly motivated and ambitious
- have a positive outlook and have a can do attitude
- be able to manage their time and prioritise their work
- be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- have advocacy experience
It is an essential criterion of the role that you have admitted as a solicitor in WA with 2+ PQE/PAE. Salary will be commensurate with experience along with reward for exceptional delivery and target achievements.
