The Firm
Our client is a boutique general practice in CBD which is committed to delivering value to its clients through exceptional technical service offerings with simplicity and great outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the practice director on growth opportunities of the practice including producing quality work with tangible benefits for its clients, staff development and being second in charge for the practice director.
The Role
The practice is experiencing an organic growth and now looking for a generalist lawyer who is quality centric, technical and who enjoys litigation work. You will be responsible for building and leading team as business grows including gaining proficiency in majority of following focus areas of the practice:
- Civil and Commercial Litigation including secured and unsecured recovery
- Bankruptcy and Insolvency
- Family Law
- Family Provision Claims and Inheritance Disputes
- Probate and Letters of Administration
- Wills and Estates
- Administrative Law and Judicial Review
- Criminal and Driving Offences
- Property disputes
This is an ideal role for a candidate with 4-10+ PQE/PAE to make significant contribution to the success of the firm and reap the rewards in a rapidly growing firm.
