The Position
This part time position involves you being the initial contact for our Clients, Real Estate Agents and Loan Brokers for new contracts.
You will be calling various stakeholders and explaining our processess and what to expect during a conveyance. We will of course provide you with the necessary training to enable you to confidently represent our law firm.
You will be working in our Eagle Street Head Office.
Your Skills
Our perfect employee will have previous experience in Client Relationship Management and be able to pick up an understanding of Residential Conveyancing processes quickly.
As the job involves talking to a large number of people each day a highly relational and engaging manner is a must. You must be a "peoples person" with a marketing bent.
The role truly involves relationship management and whilst we do not expect you to have legal firm experience (this type of position is unique in our industry) we do expect you to have high level customer relationship management experience.
The hours
Due to the nature of the role the hours are relatively flexible but you will work every day Monday - Friday for 4 hours per day. Specific hours will be by agreement.
