THE FIRM

• Well established and well regarded with a range of clients ie high net worth, local and overseas investors, "mums and dads" and small developers.

THE ROLE

• Autonomous role handling residential and commercial transactions.
• Sale and purchase files.
• Off the plan purchases and some sales.
• Body corporate.
• Purchases through Super Funds and Trusts.

YOU

• Experience in a similar role and comfortable liaising with high net worth individuals, "mums and dads", local and overseas investors and developers.
• Familiar with all aspects of residential and commercial transactions from the point of initial instruction through to settlement.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of legal software i.e. Leap, Conveyancing Manager, PEXA, SAI Global, Info Track etc.
• Strong communication skills are also a prerequisite as these roles will see a high level of client and stakeholder interaction.
