An opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Corporate Finance lawyer to join this successful practice group.

THE ROLE 

Working in a team lead by one of Brisbane's pre-eminent Corporate Finance Partners, this role will see you having an active involvement in significant transactions, advising institutional clients on:
 

• Corporate Finance
• Acquisition & Leverage Finance
• Debt Finance & Recaps
• Foreign Investment
• Major Projects Finance
• Resources Finance
• Syndicated Lending

Having acted previously for this Partner, as well as appointing other senior members to this team over the years, we have an acute understanding of their requirements and corporate culture. It has very little attrition as the Partner takes an active interest in your growth and development, honing your skills to be the best you can be. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have between 2 and 5 years’ experience working within a sizable law firm, as well as a good knowledge of corporate finance including the finance industry, debt capital markets and project financing.
