Working with some of Australia’s leading partners with international and local experience, you will be advising on high profile matters and working closely with many of the firm’s international offices.
This stellar law firm is seeking a highly motivated and established corporate lawyer to join their firm and play a pivotal role in the growth of the Perth practice.
You will be working alongside some of Perth’s leading lawyers and you will gain excellent experience with a client list which only such an outstanding firm can attract. You will be advising on high profile and leading edge listed companies, including private and public companies, investment banks, institutional investors and global private equity funds.
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 5 to 10 years’ post admission experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, a refined understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and general corporate compliance gained from an international, top tier, national or highly regarded boutique firm. You will have excellent academics, refined commercial acumen, strong communication skills, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
