You will have the opportunity to work with several outstanding litigation Partners and their respective teams. You will be working across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and you will have sound practice and procedure skills in order to appear in the Supreme, District, Local and Federal Courts in Perth. To succeed in this role, you will have at least three to four years' post admission commercial litigation experience, strong academics, refined drafting skills and the desire to be the best lawyer you can be. A strong knowledge of the Western Australian District Court and Supreme Court rules and procedures is imperative. You will have refined communication and drafting skills and be a self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities.
