This highly regarded Sydney firm seeks a skilled Corporate and Commercial lawyer to join an innovative and dynamic team headed up by partners who lead the profession in this practice area.

THE ROLE

This role represents a stellar opportunity for Corporate and Commercial lawyers with strong experience across the Corporate/Commercial spectrum.

This role is dedicated to providing quality advice on high value transactions to Sydney's blue chip business and property owners. The matters will involve advice on due diligence as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial deeds and agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, loan deeds, shareholder and JV agreements (among others).

YOU

You're a 1 to 3 PAE Corporate & Commercial lawyer with drive and ambition. Attention to detail is a natural trait and you're looking for an improved environment to create opportunities and take control of your career.
