This busy top-tier law firm acts for some of the world's biggest corporations, institutions and government agencies. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated corporate lawyer.

The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and career focused corporate lawyer to join the firm's Brisbane Corporate M&A group as an Associate.

In this role you will enjoy working with a variety of clients across various industries including energy and resources, agribusiness and tourism and more.  You will work
across a wide range of corporate matters including cross border and domestic M&A (including public company takeovers), equity capital markets, joint ventures, restructures and other corporate transactions.

You will ideally have 3-5 years' PAE gained within a reputable corporate practice and a strong academic record. The ability to build strong client relationships and assist with mentoring graduates and summer clerks is also an important aspect of this role.
