The Firm
Recognised as one of Brisbane's most vibrant and results orientated firms, our client is seeking to appoint a senior practitioner to an immediate Partnership role.
Strategically, the firm has a primary focus on growth within their Corporate and Commercial practice. They enjoy an enviable client base and offer varied and challenging work.
The Role
Leading a bright group of talented professionals, this role will see you working on a broad range of work including M&A, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, IPO's, restructures, projects, corporate finance and equity capital markets work.
You must take a keen interest in business development and have superb client skills and outstanding commercial acumen. You will also have demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing large teams of lawyers.
Over the years this firm has attracted a number of lawyers from larger national firms who are seeking out realistic billable hour targets and a less bureaucratic working environment.
We would also be interested in speaking with existing Partners who have an entire practice group seeking new opportunities.
