The Role
This position provides the opportunity to be exposed to 'A' list clients and an exciting portfolio of commercial matters. As a valued member of the Corporate & Commercial team, you will work with motivated partners, contributing to the strength of a reputable practice and have the opportunity to develop and foster client relationships.
Ideally you will be a driven, enthusiastic and experienced corporate Senior Associate and possess a genuine passion for corporate and commercial work. Strong, technical skills in commercial arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory advice and general corporate advisory knowledge will support your success in this role. Experience in franchising and agribusiness would be desirable.
You will possess excellent drafting skills, enjoy a busy work environment and a collaborative team work culture. As a key member of the group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with dynamic partners on transactions, and develop your people management skills in mentoring and leading junior professional staff, ultimately contributing to the success of the practice.
