Our client is a national top tier firm.
This is a role that has come about as a result of genuine growth within the planning and environment team.
The team is led by Partners that are recognised as being leaders in their field, and have a focus on mentoring, developing and supporting staff.
You will work for major clients across a range of infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, electricity, water, property and other projects.
The type of work undertaken will include:

Advice on project approvals, including State and Federal approvals and conditions, EIS processes, planning approvals and feasibility studies;

Policy advice including drafting legislative changes;

Regulatory compliance matters;
-
Advice on master planned communities, mixed-use developments, urban renewal projects, corridor selection, infrastructure and transit orientated developments; and
-
Undertaking and supervising environment and planning due diligence, including reporting and advising on issues.
