The Firm
Our client is a large national firm with a significant profile across a suite of commercial practices.
The Role
This role will give you comfortable autonomy whilst providing excellent support. You will have direct contact with, and complete responsibility for existing clients and the opportunity to develop your own practice.
You will have at least six years experience in the corporate space, and have exposure to M&A, general commercial matters, private equity and capital raisings, ASX listings, corporate structurings and re-structurings, takeovers and corporate advisory.
You must take a keen interest in business development and have superb client skills and outstanding commercial acumen. You will also have demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing teams of lawyers.
Over the years this firm has attracted a number of lawyers from larger national firms who are seeking out realistic billable hour targets and a less bureaucratic working environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior practitioner who may be currently facing a career bottleneck with regards to Partnership prospects.
