The Opportunity

A rare and exciting opportunity now exists for a talented commercial litigation lawyer, with approximately 2-3 years' PAE, to join this dynamic, professional and friendly team.

As a valued member of this high performing team, you will enjoy working with leading partners and senior lawyers on an enviable range of matters including, but not limited to:

• contractual disputes;
• partnership disputes;
• franchising disputes;
• professional negligence;
• construction disputes;
• banking and finance litigation; 
• trade practices matters; and
• insolvency.

This team has a blue chip, and diverse, client base so you can expect plenty of variety in this role.

Strong communication skills and a solid knowledge of the Corporations Act and the UCPR is essential for this position. Experience in construction or insolvency matters will be highly regarded but is not essential.
