The team work with leaders in the medical, energy, financial services, manufacturing, media and entertainment, biotech, software, food and beverage, mining and logistics industries. They advise clients on all aspects of IP including patents, trade marks, IP strategy and analytics, IP transactions, commercial matters, litigation and dispute resolution.
The successful candidate will have a passion for this area of law and desire to immerse themselves in this field. Commercial acumen, top notch drafting skills and negotiating prowess are fundamental to this role. It is essential in this role to enjoy working collaboratively with related experts to provide unique solutions to clients' needs.
This role is an opportunity to further develop expertise and recognition in this field working directly with the Partners on complex matters.
