Our client is a large national firm with a well known and highly regarded property team.
This role will be responsible for leasing matters for major blue chip clients. You will have regular contact with these clients (and tenants) and work closely with the lawyers in the preparation and negotiation of leases and other ancillary documents using a database system in addition to dealing with general day to day leasing issues.
Client service delivery is paramount, and you will also be comfortable with high levels of client contact. You must be able to prioritise and manage projects, often with varying complexity and demanding deadlines.
Although the team is a busy one, the successful candidate will enjoy state of the art resources, exceptional support and approachable Partners.
