Exciting opportunity for an intermediate legal secretary to join this National organisation in an In-House environment.
The Organisation
This national organisation is seeking an experienced legal secretary to join the Legal team of their Sydney office. The organisation offers an excellent work-life balance and a positive, collaborative culture.
The Role
This role is joining the busy commercial department of this legal team and will keep you busy and challenged on a daily basis. Working as part of a fantastic team, you will be assisting the legal professionals with managing all aspects of their day. You will be reporting to 3 - 4 authors on a full-time basis, 9am - 5pm.
Duties will include:
- Prepare and edit documents and correspondence
- Dictaphone typing
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- File management
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparing Briefs and court documents
- Time recording and monthly billing
- Dictation/typing
The Right Candidate
To ensure success for this role, you must possess previous legal secretarial experience within a commercial practice area! You must have at least 3 years legal secretarial experience. The ability to work within a team is a must! Strong communication skills and advanced technical abilities could see you taking up residence in this In-House legal team.
