Our client is a national Australian law firm that boasts a strong reputation.  They are rapidly growing especially in their Melbourne office.  They receive a high influx of quality work and are now looking to for an experienced Property & Commercial Lawyer to assist in growing the practice.
  
You will be involved in a:

• Property transactions, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals, as well as general commercial property work, including leasing
• Advising a variety of prestigious clients, including developers and investors

You will be a:

• Property Lawyer at the Associate / Senior Associate level that is able to hit the ground running
• Prior experience in commercial property law, including acquisitions and disposals, and leasing, is essential
• Good-eye for detail
• Strong communicator (both verbally and written) with a commercial approach, who has proven abilities in building and maintaining strong client relations
• Enjoy assisting in mentoring junior lawyers
