Addisons Graduate Program
The Addisons Graduate Program (AGP) commences in February each year. As a successful candidate, you will be given the opportunity to complete 2 rotations across the firm within your first 6 months, before being offered a long-term placement. We are looking for people who are passionate and genuine, and who live our core values of Excellence, Collaboration, Respect and Trust.
Ideally, you will have:
- Recently completed relevant undergraduate degree (Bachelor of laws or similar) or be in your final year of study
- An ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to excellence
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Impressive academic history
- Motivation to grow and develop your legal skills and
- An adaptable and flexible working style
- Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency Status.
