This dynamic and extremely successful law firm are looking for a vibrant and friendly receptionist to be the face of their Melbourne office. You will also be responsible for the overflow administrative work in family law. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Phone and switch board management
• Organising and booking meetings
• Organising couriers
• Liasing with clients, lawyers and other staff by telephone and email
• Providing administration support to the team
