It seems that the area of Insurance Litigation is in overdrive!  Three roles are currently available - some with immediate start dates and others which will see you working out your notice period and starting your new role in August.

If you have a solid work history as a successful Legal Secretary or Legal PA from within Insurance Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation with Victorian Court experience, we want to hear from you urgently!  These Legal Secretary positions are a mix of permanent/full-time and contract roles within the following areas of law:
  • Administrative Law/Director's Liabilities;
  • Professional Indemnity;
  • WorkSafe;
  • Workplace/Occupational Health & Safety;
  • Personal Injury; and
  • Product & Public Liability.
To be considered for any of the roles we have available within the fast-paced and interesting areas of Insurance Litigation you must be able to demonstrate your competency as an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary, specifically with the following areas:
  • Preparing Court Documents, Briefs, Indexes and Court Books;
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to relate and understand clients' often complex requirements;
  • Accomplished skills using the Microsoft Office Suite including excellent formatting skills and use of firm Styles;
  • Excellent communication skills; and
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
