Commercial Property PA - 1 on 1 role

As a Commercial Property PA/Legal Secretary you will be supporting a Special Counsel. Your duties will comprise of answering calls and dealing with clients, monitoring emails, dictation, organising meetings and diary management, filing, amending documents and agreements, billing, searches, personal PA work, mentoring junior staff, arranging travel and accommodation and general administration duties. Hours of work are 8.30am-5pm.

You will have at least 5 years legal secretarial experience. Some experience in commercial property is also essential. A minimum of 70 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.

Leading mid tier Brisbane based law firm with 40 staff. Offer full comprehensive induction program, weekly drinks, casual work attire on Fridays, monthly morning teas and have a sick leave bonus. Salary up to $70,000 + super, dependent upon experience.
