Their lawyers act as their trusted partner ensuring a clear understanding of their client's objectives to assist them to achieve an early negotiated solution that is workable and minimises the impact on successful project completion. When things have to be litigated, they are successful at prosecuting and defending formal proceedings and assist clients with matters under the BCIPA. Known for their results in commercial litigation and arbitrations the team are involved in complex technical and legal issues in a variety of industry areas, including energy & resources, construction, procurement and insurance. It's phenomenal work that you get stuck into here, and the team are looking for another valued member of the team to get stuck into their high profile disputes.
This role totally has your name on it if you have been with a renowned construction litigation team (ideally 2 to 5 years PAE in a top, mid or a renowned boutique) and you want to strategically align yourself with the best. You want to surround yourself with like minded lawyers who draw upon their strategic knowledge, technical nouse, negotiation skills and commercial expertise to successfully manage the ambitious local and international projects you will be leading.
