Our client is a boutique litigation firm that has a strong focus in building and construction disputes.  Due to continued growth and high demand they are now looking to take on an Associate or Senior Associate to join their litigation team.  

You will be involved in a:

• Diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including building & construction disputes, employment disputes and general litigation
• Managing own cases and appearing frequently in both the Supreme and Country Court proceedings

You will be a:

• Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in commercial litigation/dispute resolution
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Strong communicator with a commercial approach
• Organised with proven time management skills and initiative
• Able to manage a busy caseload and dedicated to providing clients with the best practical solutions
