Firm:
An established commercial law firm with an outstanding reputation for batting above their weight is looking to grow their firm due to increasing high demand from their clients and referrals. In this family friendly firm, you will be assisted by mentoring partners, dedicated lawyers and reliable admin which provides necessary resources for a motivated transactional lawyer. 

Role:
As part of a team, you will be an experienced commercial lawyer with at least 2 years' of experience in: 

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Providing advice on complex lease arrangements (commercial/retail and residential)
• Preparation of complex contracts of sale with tailored special conditions and off the plan-sales; 
• Providing detailed advice on various contracts and obligations arising
