The company
Our client is Australasia’s leading provider of automotive equipment and services and they are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team!
The role
The role will be working alongside Corporate Counsel and 1 other Senior Paralegal with the responsibility of this position focusing on managing all leasing renewals, amendments and variations inclusive of negotiation, documentation and safe storage. You will also be following up leasing queries and arrangements across the business for all company managed stores and other leased property facilities.
Your duties will additionally cover maintaining the leasing templates and reflecting on the terms and conditions for all relevant states and territories, establishing and maintaining a consolidated register of all leases and updating and submitting appropriate internal leasing reports to ensure compliance with all lease terms.
You
The successful candidate must be an experienced conveyancing paralegal with at least 3 years commercial leasing experience. You will be a pro-active individual with an energetic and approachable personality with key skills including a high level of attention to detail, be highly organised and flexible, able to prioritise and multi-task, possess well rounded problem solving skills and have a practical and pragmatic hands on approach.
