A new opportunity has arisen for a talented banking and finance lawyer with approximately 3-6 years PQE to join the busy banking team.
In this role, you will be part of a specialised, highly regarded team working on a range of financing transactions involving property, corporate, acquisition and projects.
You will have the opportunity to work with the leading investment banks, financial institutions and other corporates on a range of significant high value transactions as well as broad based banking and finance work.
You will have excellent technical legal skills together with your highly developed commercial and pragmatic focus. You will be a team player with solid interpersonal skills. You will have acquired your experience at a leading major law firm.
