Our client is an ASX listed group with a portfolio of household name products and services. The high performing legal team are positive and passionate about the business and their work.

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be part of this highly respected legal team and will provide commercially focused legal and regulatory advice to support the business. You will have 2-4 years PQE with a strong background in corporate advisory. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising corporate transactions, finance, competition law, IT, IP, regulatory law, media rights, privacy and litigation.

You will have strong technical, analytical and communication skills. Your ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with internal stakeholders will be key to your success in the role. Strong technical experience gained from the corporate practice of a highly regarded firm will be an advantage.
