About the Role

Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) within the Post Separation Services program is a part time (4 days a week), ongoing position based in Deakin, ACT.

Reporting to the Clinical Services Coordinator, the FDRP role is expected to provide information and deliver education and mediation services to couples and families who are separating or who are separated. 

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, law or social sciences
  • A Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience working as a FDRP or a Child Consultant

Salary & Benefits

The salary on offer is in the range of $74,933.07 - $79,841.62 per annum for fulltime plus superannuation. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.

According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, and special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
