The Role

Within the Corporate M&A division you will work closely with the partners and collaborative team. You will be given the opportunity to work on a range of matters such as:

• Mergers and aquisitions
• Securities 
• Financial services and investment funds
• Private equity and venture capital
• Corporate take overs and tenders
• Corporate compliance and governance

About you

• PQE 2-4 years'
• Corporate, M&A experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Enjoy working within a team environment
• Ideally mid-tier or top-tier legal background
