About the role
This is an exciting full-time (37.5 hours pw) with a limited tenure (two years contract) opportunity for an experienced trustee administrator with project management skills.
As our Trusts & Bequests Project Officer you will:
- Deliver accurate and compliant allocations of trusts and bequests,
- Review and assess new trusts and bequests,
- Provide advice and refer complex trusts and bequests appropriately,
- Conduct research to develop an accurate register of trusts and bequests in our congregations,
- Develop policies and procedural guidelines; and,
- Support change projects and regularly review and update information on a range of platforms to ensure accurate information is available across the Church.
About you
You will have excellent interpersonal, planning and administration skills and a sound knowledge of the role of a trustee.
You will thrive in a challenging role and enjoy working in a team based culture.
Tertiary qualifications in legal services, business, commerce, administration and/or related field.
Proven experience and sound knowledge of trusts and bequests, and qualifications in project management is preferable.
