Elias Recruitment has been exclusively retained by Roberts Legal to find a dedicated Commercial/Commercial Litigation Lawyer for their firm.

About the Role:
Roberts Legal are looking for a Candidate with a minimum of 5 years PAE who is looking at consolidating their career in a progressive practice.
  
The role on offer has a good mix of commercial/commercial litigation work including Security of Payment Act matters, contractual disputes, building and construction disputes, general commercial disputes, contract advice and drafting.  In addition experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring would be highly regarded.
  
The position provides an opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients who are based both locally and across NSW. 
  
You will receive mentoring and guidance from an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and other senior lawyers and partners within a supportive work environment.
  
The position is available due to the continued growth of the firm.
