We are a leading law firm delivering a complete scope of legal service to the Central West region of New South Wales
We are looking for a legal secretary. Ideally you will have worked in a legal office before, have highly developed customer service and communication skills, a professional presentation, excellent telephone manner and the ability to work as part of a team.
As a secretary to one of the senior solicitors you will be responsible for a mix of diary and email management, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients, supporting matters from start to finish, opening and closing files, and general administration.
Required skills:
• Past legal experience is preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
• Team player but able to work autonomously
• Professionally presented
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service skills
