The firm
Our client is a global elite. The real estate group works on a range of matters, including leasing issues, multi-purpose property development, industrial property development, and acquisitions and disposals of real estate. The team has an outstanding reputation working for some of Australia’s biggest corporations in relation their property matters as well as working with prominent government agencies. The team is also involved in property finance, joint venture agreements.
The role
Our client is seeking a talented and ambitious real estate at the Associate level. You will be working for leading partners and the experience gained in this group will be second to none. A flavour of the work will include property development, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, due diligence, and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. You will also be involved in major project work and due diligences.
Requirements
Ideally you will have gained your experience in a well-recognised real estate team, advising major corporations on their real estate matters. Whilst technical skills are a must, you will also be expected to demonstrate a practical and commercial approach to your work. This is an excellent opportunity for the real estate lawyer who wants to work closely with clients and also get involved in the commercial aspects of a project.
