My client is looking to bring further depth to their Family Law practice and is currently seeking an experienced lawyer to join the team.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your career working in an enviable culture. The successful applicant will be working and advising on both litigious and non-litigious matters such as:
- Property disputes and claims (including those involving businesses and trusts)
- Parenting disputes
- Binding financial agreements
- Spousal maintenance
- Settling matrimonial and de facto disputes
- Intervention orders
- General mediation and dispute resolution
