GRADUATE LAWYER (SOLICITOR)

Exceptional Career Opportunity

We are:

  • a small boutique commercial law / commercial litigation practice, with a sound client base and an excellent reputation within the profession; and
  • both well positioned and resourced, with the type of practice to offer the right person a highly challenging and rewarding future.

An opportunity has arisen for a recently admitted solicitor to join us.  Available work is plentiful and varied, in the range to be expected of a long-established firm such as ours, and we have strong commitments to marketing and training.  If you believe that your future lies in small private practice then this will be a suitable role for you.

You will be required to have at least 1 year's experience in general commercial litigation, with specific expertise in the debt recovery litigious process – including acting for insurers in subrogated property damage recovery actions - with a proven track record in having effective conduct of your own matters with a degree of autonomy.  You must be a self-starter with initiative and drive.

Experience in advocacy and solid computing skills will be crucial to your prospects.

This is a full-time career position.
