Our client is a progressive global law firm with a presence in over 40 countries across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The firms Finance & Projects practice group currently seeks a well-rounded Finance Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE to join the team in Sydney and handle a wide range of exciting finance transactions across Australia and Asia-Pacific.
The ideal candidate will be a well experienced Finance Senior Associates with expertise across leveraged and project finance as well as real estate finance and corporate acquisition finance matters.
The role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work with lenders, borrowers and sponsors clients across several sector including mining and resources, energy, property development, utilities and transport infrastructure, servicing them across the funding, design, delivery and operation of major infrastructure projects. The work will be both national and cross-border in nature.
