The role
As a shared resource between the Melbourne and Sydney Energy Partners you will have had some energy experience, and a strong interest in the area.
The work
The Melbourne Partner focuses on resources and energy law with a particular emphasis on the regulation of the electricity industry (including advice on regulatory instruments, co-generation projects, connection and supply agreements, electricity hedges and REC agreements) and advising in relation to mining and exploration (particularly gold, copper, uranium, oil shale, coal and coal seam methane).
The Sydney Partner has extensive experience in energy projects, energy trading (power, gas, LNG, environmental products), market regulation and reform, climate change and renewable energy.
