Our client is a fantastic and dynamic mid-tier firm with a close-knit team! They are currently seeking a focused Lawyer to work in their litigation team.  The bulk of your clients will be in the building & construction sector.

About the role: 

In this role you will represent clients in a range of matters including Commercial and Domestic building disputes - 

• Regular appearances at VCAT, pre-hearing conferences, and mediations
• Security of Payment Act claims
• Owners corporation disputes
• Associated Property & Commercial Disputes

About you: 

You will have 4 + years' experience in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Ideally you will be experienced in building and construction disputes.
