Our client is a prestigious global firm with a leading banking and finance practice. A terrific opportunity now arises for a banking and finance lawyer to join their successful team.
Working with industry leading partners, you will advise top domestic and international clients such as national banks, private equity houses, investment banks and corporations. You will act on high-end transactions including project, property, corporate and acquisition finance.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years banking and finance experience from a top tier or reputable mid-tier firm. You will have proven communication and team skills, strong academic results and outstanding drafting skills.
