You will work for all Partners within the Corporate and Commercial team. Clients will range from individuals to large public and private businesses. As a result, work is varied and challenging. It involves responsibilities such as contract drafting and compliance advice.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Advise on complex commercial deals
- Sales/ purchases of businesses and large companies
- Contract drafting and reviewing terms and conditions
- Structuring shareholders and joint venture agreements
- Drafting loan and security documents
- Advising on Consumer Law and the Corporations Act
Key Role Requirements
- Admitted as a solicitor of Australia
- 2-5 PQE for the Associate position
- 5-10 PQE for the Senior Associate position
- Impressive Commercial Law experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Results orientated
