ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm has experienced considerable growth in recent years and now has an exciting opportunity available for a Lawyer with up to 4 years' post qualified experience to join its Real Estate & Projects group in Sydney on a permanent basis.
The group has extensive experience on a range of property transactions including acquisition/disposition, development and property portfolio management and have acted for a broad range of Australian and international clients from listed property trusts, public and large private companies, major Australian retailers, property developers, landlords, tenants, financiers and joint ventures.
ABOUT YOU
Working closely with the partnership group, this client facing role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse practice and wishes to work on premium property matters. Day to day the work will include:
- Advising clients on a broad range of property matters with minimal supervision
- Supporting the partners with supervision and mentoring
- Supporting the partners with business development
- Working across all Australian jurisdictions (with support from the partners)
