Client Details
Our client, a leading national mid tier firm has created a new role for a Funds Management focused lawyer/Senior Associate to join their successful Financial Services team.
Description
Your financial services work will predominantly focus on funds management matters including advising on and preparing documentation for wholesale and retail Managed Investment Schemes as well as advising on associated AFSL matters.
Profile
You have at least 4 years' PQE and a strong financial services background gained from a reputable boutique, mid tier or top tier firm, or alternatively as an in house lawyer. With excellent drafting skills, you are commercially astute, enjoy client contact, mentoring junior lawyers and work well in a collegiate team environment.
