The Role
The firm is currently seeking a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. You will be responsible for running residential conveyancing files A-Z. Your duties will include dealing with clients, banks and other solicitors, bring ups, checking searches, settlement figures, booking in settlements and other file management duties, as required. There is not a large file load, however we are seeking someone who has great processes and mentor other conveyancers.
You
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years’ previous conveyancing paralegal experience and be competent with the day to day management of conveyancing files (sales and purchases). Experience with Leap is preferable.
In addition, you will be hard working, have a great ‘can do’ attitude and work well in a small team environment. Also, have a wonderful sense of humour and have exceptional customer service skills.
