Our Client

Our client is a leading independent legal practice offering a full business law service to many of the regions pre-eminent corporations as well as large range of federal and state government departments.  It has a great local culture and is widely admired for its professionalism, quality of advice and for the employment experience it provides.

The role 

The successful applicants will be around the 5-10 PQE level and will be required to work on a range of Construction, Project and Public Private Partnership matters for a number of key players in the industry, including developers, listed local and international construction companies, government departments and agencies, owners, financiers and facility managers.

The successful candidates will be expected to have experience in front-end construction, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts and project documentation as well as providing contract administration advice in the construction and engineering sectors.  

Applicants will report directly into lead Partner's and work autonomously whenever appropriate.  You will get direct client contact and the opportunity to engage in business development and be given every opportunity to build a practice of your own.
