KBE Human Capital has received two new briefs to secure a junior (2-4 years' PAE) and mid‑level Litigation Lawyer (3-8 years' PAE) to join a rapidly growing top-tier firm and work alongside Partners who are regarded as among the best strategic litigators in Australia.
You will act for domestic and international clients across a range of industry sectors, and complete a diverse mix of energy and resources, construction and insolvency litigation within Australia and multiple foreign jurisdictions.
The firm has emerged as a leader across both the Australian and international markets over the last 3-5 years' and the litigation team in particular has developed a reputation for being among the best in WA. Following the appointment of two new Partners who have transitioned across significant client bases, the firm is now seeking additional junior and mid-level lawyers to work closely with these Partners and their clients.
These positions would suit driven lawyers with strong academics from top/mid-tier firms who are accustomed to advising tier one clients on complex litigation matters.
