You

You will be a Corporate/M&A lawyer at the 6 year level who enjoys public and private mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity funding and capital market transactions. Advise on corporate and governance issues.

The role

This role will see you acting for start-ups and providing holistic cyber security solutions, aimed particularly at Corporations (reporting to a Partner and his Senior Associate).
