A leading Australian construction, development and infrastructure law firm, with a reputation for specialist expertise and outstanding client service are looking for Commercial litigation specialists who would like to work within the Construction industry.
They have currently been retained on a large number of complex and iconic developments and have recently successfully concluded one of Australia’s largest infrastructure disputes and biggest ever adjudication.
They are about long-standing relationships with clients, trust in the firm’s ability to deliver technically excellent and pragmatic legal solutions.
They have another large adjudication/arbitration on a project in NT that has adjudications in NT ,Supreme Court proceedings in NSW and an Arbitration in Singapore. Due to this increased workload and opportunity exists for a competent Commercial litigation lawyer to join the firm
You
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs PAE Commercial Litigation experience in general disputes from a well-known firm and be interested in specialising in Construction law.
The team are hardworking, the culture is team based and their offices are city fringe.
