The Organisation

Our client is a long established, and leading, global company in the resources sector.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity now exists for a talented in-house lawyer with at least 5 years' PAE to join this dynamic, professional and friendly legal team as a Legal Counsel on an initial 6 month contract.

You will provide transactional support and guidance to all facets of our client's business and provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and other corporate matters.

Prior in-house legal experience within the engineering, construction or resource sector is preferred. Previous Corporate experience in an ASX listed environment would also be advantageous.
