THE FIRM:
Amicus Legal Recruitment have been engaged by our client, a leading Australian Law Firm, to assist with a highly unique and newly created position for a Paralegal to join their national Family Law practice in the Melbourne office. With 60 staff within the practice group, this Family Law Group are the leading of their kind in the State and continually expanding. 

THE OPPORTUNITY:
This exciting new opportunity requires someone who is highly experienced with the new electronic conveyancing platform, PEXA which has recently been rolled out across the legal industry to securely exchange property during the property settlement process. 

As the successful candidate for this role you will be dedicated to managing Family Law property exchanges by way of actioning property orders, conveyance requests, trustee changes and the data involved with using the PEXA platform. 

As the PEXA Guru that you are, you'll essentially become the PEXA ‘super-user’ within the Melbourne practice group and train other Paralegals on how to use the platform correctly, efficiently and thoroughly. 

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience and knowledge of the PEXA platform is essential. Additionally, it is ideal that you hold experience working within a Family Law team - either as a PA, Legal Secretary or Paralegal or similar as you will be expected to assist with family law administrative support on an as needs basis.
